Residential Systems
The residential lineup spans four product categories giving homeowners and contractors a straightforward path to the right system at the right price point. Top-tier models carry ENERGY STAR certification, qualify for the 25C federal tax credit, and feature SEER2 ratings as high as 32. A built-in Hi-Checker Diagnostics with Bluetooth connectivity and the Hisense Hi-TECH app make installation and ongoing support straightforward.
Residential categories include Central Ducted Heat Pumps (Hi-PRO HD, Hi-ULTRA HD, Hi-EDGE HD), Ductless 1:1 Mini-Split Systems (Hi-PRO, Hi-ULTRA, Hi-EDGE), Multi-Zone Universal Systems (Hi-MULTI and Hi-UNI, supporting wall mount, cassette, slim ducted, Air Handlers, and floor console indoor units), along with Packaged Rooftop Systems (Hi-PAK, available in 2-5 ton capacity with R32 refrigerant).
Commercial & VRF Systems
Hisense commercial HVAC solutions are built for high reliability through a dual backup system that rotates unit usage to reduce wear. High efficiency via scroll compressors with vapor injection technology with up to the only 4 pipe systems. HiComfort systems with precise temperature control within ±1°F and whisper-quiet acoustics along with the option for added Domestic hot water to work from one system. The commercial range scales from light ductless applications up to large-scale three-phase VRF systems, with full BMS integration support.
